  • Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
