Brief Summary

  • Manufacturing Electronics MNC

  • Basic $5000 + AWS + VB + Medical benefits + Other Allowances

  • 4334 : 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (can choose)

  • Working Location: East area

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Line Leaders, Operators, and Material Handlers to meet day-to-day performance targets.

  • Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines.

  • Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis.

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goals.

  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

  • Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation.

  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.

  • Coach and provide career development advice to staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
