Job summary

A prominent manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Shift Engineer for their production team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in continuous process industries like Cement or Gypsum and expertise in Total Productive Maintenance. You will lead production shifts, implement operational improvements, and maintain a high level of safety and efficiency on the shop floor. This position does not come with accommodation.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Cement, Gypsum, or Continuous Process industries.
• Strong exposure to Total Productive Maintenance and Lean practices.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production shifts to drive yield, cost, and safety targets.
• Implement TPM practices like Jishu Hozen and 5S.
• Conduct breakdown analysis with engineering.
