Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to identify operational gaps, develop actionable improvement plans, and implement process enhancements.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste, with a particular focus on warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
  • Promote and embed a strong quality and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) culture throughout all levels of the logistics organization.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and certification activities, ensuring full preparedness and compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and lead training sessions, awareness programs, and improvement workshops for operational and frontline staff.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and proactive SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) culture across teams and departments.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years of SHEQ experience, including experience in warehouse operations and logistics environments
  • Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or high-mix-low-volume order fulfilment operations
  • Strong knowledge of local safety, health, and environmental regulations, including legal register management
