Job summary

The Singapore Council of Women's Organisations (SCWO) Star Shelter is hiring a Social Service Executive to support the Star Shelter team across partnerships, programmes, administration and operations. The role offers involvement in advocacy projects that can impact society while ensuring safe, supportive shelter services for women and children.

You will work with the Shelter team on resident-centred support, programme coordination, and organisational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates may apply; candidates with relevant working experience will have an advantage.
• Singaporean and PR only.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day shelter operations and administration support, including facilities, supplies, cleanliness and upkeep.
• Maintain service statistics, records and monthly reports for stakeholders; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders; ensure SOP compliance.
