Job title –

SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Officer, Animal Nutrition

Location –

Woodlands, Singapore

To improve SHE and Security awareness, attitude, and site culture. To enhance and implement SHE and Security activities by performing the following duties personally or through the team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the safety culture.
  • Be adept in DSM-Firmenich SHE standards, policies, LSRs, requirements, systems, know-how.
  • Be a problem solver, check for gaps, and create corrective and preventive actions to close the gaps.
  • Communicate with all levels from ground staff to management across local, regional, and global functions.
  • Drive ownership of SHE site leadership and increased presence.
  • Embrace current team gaps and bridge them to achieve world-class SHE operations with continuous improvements.

You bring
  • WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant knowledge/experience in Safety, Health, and Environment management in Pharmaceutical, Food production, or relevant industries.
  • Knowledgeable of local SHE, Security, Quality, Operations, and environmental compliance.
  • Good literacy in Microsoft program package.
  • Ability to produce reports and develop SHE documents.
  • Drive for results, adaptability, effective intelligence, and team ability. Passion for Safety and injury-free work with a strong mindset. Pragmatic with good self-organizing skills.
