Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Safety, Health and Environment management.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food production industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of local SHE compliance requirements.

Job title – SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Coordinator/Officer, Animal Nutrition

Location – Woodlands, Singapore

To improve SHE and Security awareness, attitude and site culture. To improve and implement SHE and Security activities by performing the following duties personally or through the team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own and lead the safety culture.
  • Be adept in DSM-Firmenich SHE standards, policies, LSRs, Requirements, systems, know-how.
  • Be a problem solver, check for gaps and create corrective and preventive actions to close the gaps.
  • Communicate with all levels from ground staff to management across local, regional and global functions.
  • Drive ownership of SHE site leadership and increased presence.
  • Embrace the current team gaps and bridge them to world class SHE operations with continuous improvements.

You bring

  • WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant knowledge/experience in Safety, Health and Environment management in Pharmaceutical, Food production or relevant industries.
  • Knowledgeable of local SHE, Security, Quality, Operations and environmental compliance.
  • Good literacy in Microsoft program package.
  • Ability in producing report and developing SHE document.
  • Drive for result, adaptability, effective intelligence, and team ability. Passion in Safety and injury free with strong mindset. Pragmatic with good self-organizing skills.
