Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on SharePoint/Microsoft 365 professional in Singapore to support migration and ongoing governance. You will work with government-leaning platforms' migration from legacy systems to SharePoint Online, configure sites, and automate approvals with Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with business users and IT to deliver reliable, scalable collaboration solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
• Experience with SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata and permissions.
• Exposure to SharePoint migration: assessment, execution, validation.
• Experience with migration tools: ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Basic development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; SPFx exposure is a plus.
• Ability to produce clear technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to clarify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment and migration of sites, documents, metadata, permissions and workflows from legacy environments to SharePoint Online.
• Use migration tools to run migration jobs, review results, correct errors and validate migrated content.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, views, navigation and permissions.
• Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for straightforward business processes.
• Develop or modify lightweight SharePoint components and integrations using SPFx, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Assist with discovery workshops, content inventories, migration mapping, testing and post-migration support.
• Troubleshoot migration, access, workflow and application issues and escalate when needed.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, test scripts, user guides and migration status updates.
• Work directly with users to validate migrated content and gather feedback.
• Learn and apply Microsoft 365, Power Platform and development practices with guidance.
