RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, monitor, and ensure the optimal operational status of the SharePoint Online development.
- Work closely with business units and assist web content owners with creating, access control, and maintaining intranet sites within the portal.
- Handle operational tasks and requests from SharePoint users and admins, including access requests, web development, site migrations, issue/bug resolution, and escalate to Microsoft or support vendors as needed.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, implement governance, and adhere to operational best practices.
- Apply information security and data management best practices to ensure system security and integrity.
- Use scripts or tools to automate reviews of site permissions and activities, ensuring operations follow documented SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying SharePoint Online sites, custom web parts, features, and solutions.
- Proven skills in SharePoint Online administration, configuration, and related Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Technical expertise in SharePoint SPFx, Node.js, C#/.NET, PowerShell, Active Directory/ADFS, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS, XML, AJAX, Microsoft Forms, and Power Platform.
- Experience in developing and deploying web parts and solutions for SharePoint Online with Azure services like Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, and Entra ID.
- Good understanding of information security and governance in SharePoint, .NET, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ability to assess and promote third-party tools to meet business needs.
