Job description

The role of Benefits Support Specialist involves assisting the US Cluster teams in managing benefits. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you will collaborate closely with HR teams in the US. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring benefits enrollments
  2. Conducting HW 5500 Annual Reconciliation and reporting
  3. Handling 401K reconciliation
  4. Ensuring ACA compliance
  5. Managing incentive funding to individual HSA accounts
  6. Maintaining accountability including KPIs
  7. Overseeing US Health and Retirement Benefit Accounting
  8. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in benefit accounting
  9. Managing invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Data Accuracy and Analytics, be fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional desirable skills include networking, interpersonal and communication skills, experience with HRIS systems like SAP and SuccessFactors, attention to detail, problem-solving, independent thinking, and the ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships.
