Varel, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is set to open in Singapore @ Q1/2026 and we’re looking for a driven Rooms Sales Manager to lead our Rooms & F&B sales efforts and shape unforgettable guest experiences from day one.

About the Role:

You’ll drive revenue, manage key accounts, and build strong partnerships across both rooms and dining. Perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and ready to thrive in a pre-opening environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead sales strategy for Rooms & F&B outlets
  • Build lasting relationships with corporates, travel agents & event planners
  • Pitch, propose, and secure high-value deals
  • Partner with marketing & operations to boost visibility and drive traffic
  • Monitor trends & implement tactics to grow occupancy and F&B revenue
  • Deliver personalized, guest-centric sales solutions

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in hotel sales (pre-opening experience is a plus)
  • Experience in 4- or 5-star properties
  • Strong network & confident negotiator
  • Proficient in Opera Cloud, Micros, Simphony
  • Results-driven, strategic, and relationship-focused
