Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking an Assembly Operator / Production Operator in Singapore. The role involves assembly work, wiring, and quality checks across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Training will be provided with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Shifts offer 8-hour blocks, with Morning 7:00 AM–3:00 PM at $11/hour, Afternoon 3:00 PM–11:00 PM at $11/hour, and Night 11:00 PM–7:00 AM at $12/hour.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Good eyesight required for detailed assembly and visual inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work according to production procedures and quality standards.
• Insert wires into plastic tubing and assemble components accurately.
• Conduct visual inspection and quality checks to identify defects or abnormalities.
• Perform picking, packing and other production-related duties as assigned.
• Follow SOPs, production guidelines and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the production area.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and quality requirements.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

As an Assembly Operator / Production Operator, you will:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — $11/hour
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $11/hour
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM — $12/hour

Training: Approximately 2 weeks of training will be conducted on the Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) before deployment to the assigned shift.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Good eyesight required for detailed assembly and visual inspection. Corrective glasses or contact lenses are acceptable if vision is clear.
• Comfortable with repetitive assembly and production work.
• Able to work in a factory/production environment.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
