Our Finance department is a fundamental part of Doctor Anywhere and plays a major role in ensuring the company's financial stability. We are responsible for advising management on financial decisions that have a far-reaching impact on the company's future.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy and Planning who will be wearing a dual hat of leading Corporate FP&A activities as well as developing and executing Corporate Strategy roadmap critical to the company's organic and inorganic growth objectives

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business analysis, financial modelling and analytical skills, and a proven track record in evaluating and successfully managing complex M&A deals and fundraising activities.

This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A summary of the key responsibilities is as follows:

• Support corporate strategy development and M&A roadmap, aligning inorganic growth initiatives with DA’s long-term objectives.
• Drive the full spectrum of financial analysis on M&A activities, including deal origination, investment analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support M&A, LBO, fundraising scenarios, and investment decisions.
• Conduct detailed company, market, and industry analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
• Develop investment committee and board presentations to support decision-making across strategic initiatives and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (leadership, finance, business units) and external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, auditors) to manage deal execution and timelines.
• Evaluate fundraising strategies, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, to optimize the capital structure.
• Closely partner with the leadership team to drive better understanding of key business performance drivers, and align financial planning with strategic organic and inorganic priorities
• Manage monthly corporate FP&A reporting cadence for the organization
• Lead annual budgeting cycle for the organization - setting performance benchmarks that align with short term and long term objectives

About you

• Degree in Business/Economics/Finance or related field with approximately 6-8 years of work experience, including at least 2-4 years of direct experiences in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and possess detailed knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
• Must have corporate planning, corporate finance or investment banking experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, or experience in start-up and hyper-growth environments.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
