Job summary

WuXi XDC is seeking a skilled QA/QC Sample Management professional in Singapore to manage in-process, release, and stability samples, while ensuring regulatory retention and data integrity. The role supports instrument management (HPLC, GC, LC-MS) and electronic systems (LIMS, EMPOWER, LES).

The ideal candidate holds a relevant sciences degree with at least five years in pharma, and a strong gmp/data integrity mindset to ensure compliance and safety within EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of pharma industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP compliance principles and management, with a strong quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample management, including in-process and release samples for product, environmental, and raw material management.
• Manage stability sample management.
• Regulatory retaining of sample management.
• Assist in QC instrument and equipment management (HPLC, GC, IC, LC-MS; pH meters, balances, color meters).
• Assist in electronic system applications (LIMS, EMPOWER, LES).
• Ensure QC activities comply with cGMP, data integrity, and EHS requirements.

Job description

• Perform sample management, including but not limited to:
• Managing in-process and release samples for product, environmental, and raw material management.
• Stability sample management.
• Regulatory retaining of sample management.
• Assist in QC instrument and equipment management, such as C-type instruments including HPLC, GC, IC, and LC-MS, as well as B-type instruments like pH meters, balances, and color meters.
• Assist in electronic system applications, including but not limited to LIMS, EMPOWER, and LES.
• Ensuring all activities within the QC team are performed in compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and EHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or other related disciplines with minumum 5 years of working experience in pharma industry.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP compliance principles and management, with a strong quality mindset.
