A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and at least one year of supervisory experience. This role involves communication with customers and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising staff.
• Preferable experience in 3PL.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)

· To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.

· Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.

· To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

· Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..

· Assist with daily transportation arrangement.

· Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management

· Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

·Preferable experience in 3PL

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
