Responsibilities:
1. Execute Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) procedures as per the planned schedule.
2. Perform inspections required by scheduled TPM tasks or work order requests.
3. Conduct basic troubleshooting of mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
4. Carry out regular maintenance tasks at the facility in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
5. Proactively identify and address maintenance and operational needs.
6. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in carrying out maintenance activities.
7. Allocate the necessary resources to execute work orders, track progress, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
8. Assess the need for mechanical spare parts to prevent delays in TPM and manage tools and instrument inventory/maintenance.
9. Set up and manage small-scale workshop activities.
10. Identify and address abnormalities promptly.
11. Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform TPM-related tasks.
12. Respond to equipment breakdowns, recommend corrective actions, and conduct follow-up checks.
13. Contribute to the development of efficient maintenance methods for new equipment or plants and participate in installation and commissioning processes.
14. Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
1. Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a power plant environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of plant operations, particularly in the electrical field.
3. Positive, highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude.
4. Possess a "can-do" attitude and a strong willingness to contribute.
