Job summary

TetraMem is seeking an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits within our compute-in-memory architecture. This hands-on role offers exposure to schematic design and transistor-level simulations while supporting silicon validation.

You will work closely with the analog team, gaining practical experience with lab equipment and EDA tools, and contribute to performance improvements in a fast-paced lab environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design.
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
  • Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools
  • Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements
  • Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance

About the Role

Salary Range:

S$20-50/hr
