A financial services company in Singapore is looking for a Trade Execution Assistant to support daily trade activities. Responsibilities include preparing confirmations for trade executions, liaising with internal and external parties on settlement issues, and generating reports. The position requires a minimum GCE 'O' Level Certificate and proficiency in Microsoft Office. No prior experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Involve in daily submission and/or trade execution activities
Prepare and send confirmations for trade executions to clients and internal reporting
Liaise with external and internal parties on trade settlement issues
Monitor and manage settlement status
Monthly reconciliation process
Generating of daily & monthly reports for clients
Provide administrative and general customer service support
Requirements
Minimum GCE "0" Level Certificate and above
No experience required. On the job training is provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Meticulous, possess initiative and strong problem solving skills
Excellent multi-tasking, planning capabilities with strong communication and negotiation skills
