Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a driven Settlement Analyst to ensure accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades. You will manage invoice creation, distribution and reconciliation, guaranteeing adherence to contractual terms and LC requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in settlement within commodities trading, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to support fast-paced operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, distribute, reconcile, and settle invoices for physical and financial trading.
• Ensure pricing, due date calculations, and invoicing align with contracts.

• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify invoices and supporting docs per LC requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support ad hoc projects.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join an established commodities trading company as a Settlement Analyst. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial trading activities.
• Ensure pricing, due date calculations, and invoicing processes are aligned with contractual terms and requirements.
• Handle the timely and accurate settlement of trades, including reconciliation activities and issue resolution.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and verify invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with trade contracts and LC requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve settlement processes and support ad hoc projects or operational initiatives when required.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, sanctions, and AML policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of settlement experience within the commodities trading industry.
• Good understanding of commodities trading operations and settlement processes.
