Job Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of quoting all renewals in healthcare, regardless of deal size. Keep Inside Sales/Account Managers in the email loop for all correspondence.
  • Prior to renewal RFQ submissions, work based on our 2-checker system.
  • Understand competitive pricing with guidance from Inside Sales/Account Managers/SD. Develop simulated competitive pricing and discuss with relevant teams.
  • Own the renewal opportunities in SFDC, including quoting, follow-up, and booking, supported by Inside Sales/AMs/SD.
  • Ensure true cost is reflected in SFDC for in-quarter renewal opportunities.
  • Update SFDC with renewal opportunities; Account Managers update the opportunities; Account Payable is supported by AMs.
  • Apply to all software license and maintenance renewals.
  • Assist sales with service and support queries.
  • Understand customer business drivers and identify influencers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct impactful service presentations.
  • Generate service revenue and profits by assisting sales in winning service and support opportunities.
  • Engage with the Service Lifecycle methodology, ensure timely renewals, and adapt based on customer needs.
  • Track renewal trends and perform data analysis on services win/lose rates and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the Account Team for a unified approach.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in IT or inside sales.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, team player, eager to learn.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to present information effectively to customers and stakeholders.
  • Cisco product knowledge is a plus.
