Services Marketing Analyst

Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, offering young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months. A position for a Services Marketing Analyst has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Singapore, joining the Marketing Department.

We are looking for a VIE to support services marketing activities in Asia Pacific, working with the Airline Marketing Director for Services responsible for the region to market and position Airbus Services with effective value propositions.

Tasks & Accountabilities

• Ensure the optimal customer perception of Airbus Services relative to the competition, maximizing value recognition of the Airbus solution.

• Work closely with the Marketing Director on assigned airline accounts, delivering convincing marketing analysis and presentations to influence customer decisions.

• Develop an understanding of the core Airbus Services pillars and aspects of the assigned airline requirements and their make or buy policy for Services.

• Perform market analysis and studies to generate leads for Airbus Services, understanding competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.

• Perform value assessments of Airbus Services to support aircraft PV analysis and defend Airbus’ Services offer.

• Support the development of Airbus Services commercial plans and account-specific strategies.

• Develop documents demonstrating Airbus’s superiority in meeting customer needs.

• Interact with customers and senior team members, providing feedback to support product development and marketing improvements.

• Participate in trade shows or promotional events as required.

• Maintain a proactive, creative, customer-focused, and innovative approach.

Required Skills

• Degree in Engineering or Business.

• Basic understanding of aerospace aftermarket services preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation.

• Ability to offer fresh ideas and manage complexity.

• Comfortable working autonomously.
