Description:
- Review and generate APU Configuration and Service Bulletin Modification sheet for in-house repaired engines.
- Perform APU final physical inspection in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents.
- Perform inspection of APU shop visit maintenance records (routings, test sheets, etc) and technical data, in accordance with approved manual, and customer workscope requirements.
- Support other department in relevant Quality inspection work or any other duties as assigned.
- Prepare, update and maintain shop visit documentation, compliance checklist and logs for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Perform release of ARC for B3, C7 and any other C rating as qualified. (CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc)
- Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
- Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
Attributes/Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in performing inspection of aero engine assemblies, LRUs and hardware parts.
- Familiar with applicable Regulatory regulations Part 145 and rules from (CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, JCAB, CAAT, CAAB, CAAM, DGCA INDONESIA, CAAP, CAAV) including their Manuals (Exposition)/Supplements and capability lists, training manuals, TAM/MIP arrangements.
- Experience in Human Factors and SMS in Aviation Maintenance.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Committed and willing to work long hours. Able to work on shift hours.
- Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine/component manuals and/or publications.
- Good understanding of 5S and TPM concepts.
- Must have intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Experience and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage.
Education Required:
- GCE O Level or NTC certificate or higher
- Must have CAAS papers or equivalent, to qualify as signatory in B3 and C7 rating for CAAS, FAA, EASA and other regulatory.
