We are seeking a Service Engineer (Power System) to make an impact!

What will you do?
  • Perform field service activities including installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, modification, onsite training, system upgrades, and repairs of complex Schneider MV, LV, and transformer projects.
  • Manage a region or subgroup of field services.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of Schneider products and provide ongoing service.
  • Perform maintenance on Schneider equipment.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
  • Represent Schneider and address customer concerns.
  • Identify and report failure modes encountered in the field and determine their causes.
  • Resolve site problems and provide reports.
  • Provide 24-hour telephone support for customers.
  • Support the acquisition of Customer Service products.
  • Assist internal teams with spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly; improve onsite reporting and processes.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Computer literacy and fluency in spoken English.
  • 2-3 years of experience with electrical contractors, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Petrochemical sectors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within Singapore.
