Job summary

EY’s Singapore Technology Consulting practice seeks experienced ServiceNow professionals to join as ServiceNow Technical Senior Associate. You will help design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

The role covers ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, collaborating with clients, architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Consulting or professional services experience is required.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimally 6 years of ServiceNow consulting experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Certifications in CIS, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITOM preferred.
• Additional certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow transformation and implementation engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and solution advisory experience.
• Experience managing delivery teams and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and platform customizations using ServiceNow best practices.
• Establish and maintain CMDB governance, data quality standards, and CSDM alignment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the ServiceNow practice.
• Research, design, and develop software or specialized utilities.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions using CS, engineering, and math principles.
• Update software, enhance capabilities, and develop testing and validation procedures.
• Work with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specs.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

The opportunity

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our Technology Consulting practice. As a ServiceNow Technical Senior Associate, you will help clients design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

Skills and attributes for success
