We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow SPM module. This will involve driving strategic alignment across portfolios, demand, resources, and projects.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow SPM, previously known as ITBM. A solid understanding of project and portfolio management principles is essential. Proficiency in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards within the SPM framework is required.You should be skilled in configuring and customizing ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development. Your tasks will include creating executive-level dashboards, implementing performance analytics, and generating reports.Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial to comprehend business objectives and align SPM capabilities accordingly.
