Job description

We are seeking ServiceNow professionals experienced in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs across multiple business units. You must be comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

In your first few weeks, you can expect to:

1. Lead and guide the team.
2. Collaborate on developing creative design solutions.
3. Review project documents for quality assurance.
4. Interact and consult with clients.
5. Lead project design and documentation from start to finish.
6. Gather requirements and propose solutions to customers.
7. Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services.
8. Collaborate with Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to set technical direction.
9. Contribute to ServiceNow design as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
10. Support implementation programs for complex enterprise solutions.
11. Contribute to market insights and industry presentations.
12. Bring thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
13. Create artifacts for service delivery teams.
14. Establish and enforce system design and architectural standards, best practices, and principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
15. Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimating, and SOW development.
16. Participate in marketing activities like webinars, blogs, and white papers.

Your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• Expert certification (preferred).
• 5+ years of ServiceNow solution design and implementation experience.
• Experience with complex implementations and transformations.
• Experience in an enterprise setting.
• Knowledge of key technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting with JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.
