Key Responsibilities


  • Project Management

    • Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

    • Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.

    • Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure successful project outcomes.



  • Business Analysis

    • Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

    • Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

    • Develop business cases, process maps, and requirements documents.



  • ServiceNow Expertise

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules.

    • Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

    • Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow solutions.



  • Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.

    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

    • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and manage expectations.
