Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop business cases, process maps, and requirements documents.
- ServiceNow Expertise
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow solutions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and manage expectations.
Required Skills
- ServiceNow platform expertise (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Experience Level
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow project management and business analysis, with a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
Certifications
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
