A leading company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join their team remotely. The consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering HR solutions to enhance employee services, including implementing the ServiceNow HRSD modules. The role demands extensive experience with HR technology, effective stakeholder collaboration, and technical proficiency in ServiceNow functionalities. Successful candidates will have a robust IT background, specialized HR Service Delivery knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, 3+ years in HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HRSD data models and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management and Employee Service Center.
• Customize forms, workflows, and dashboards to meet business needs.

Job description

We are Hiring for ServiceNow HRSD ConsultantLocation: RemoteExperience: 7+ Years Total, 3+ Years in HRSDNotice Period: ImmediateJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with 7+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering HR solutions to streamline and enhance employee service experiences.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and HR Service Catalog.Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Customize forms, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.Design and implement automated HR processes and lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.).Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies in HRSD implementations.Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) via APIs and MID Servers.Conduct unit testing and support UAT and production deployments.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.Required Skills:3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.Strong understanding of HRSD data models, Employee Center/ESC, HR Case lifecycle, and Service Catalog.Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer, Studio, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.).Experience with integrating HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification.Experience in global HR implementations.Exposure to ServiceNow Scoped Applications and App Engine Studio.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.hidden_emailhidden_mobile,
