Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in App Engine development and HRSD module.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Architect and build complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Actively participate in architecture reviews and solution design discussions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine development and HRSD.
• Possession of current ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience leading at least two large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Demonstrated ability in technical leadership and mentoring within development teams.
