Job description

You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related studies along with 2-4 years of experience in Requirement Analysis. An analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude are essential for this role. Possessing certifications like ServiceNow Admin Cert, CIS VR, and CIS SIR would be beneficial as it provides a primary understanding of the platform.Your responsibilities will include:- Proficiency in Story writing using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, SDLC Agile module, and Visio to deliver expected outcomes based on customer communication.- Strong documentation and communication skills are required with a keen attention to detail.- Knowledge of Modules such as Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response & Threat Intelligence is a must.- Familiarity with GRC & Security Operations Center is desirable.- Understanding of REST and SNOW Integration basics is necessary.- Knowledge of Service Portal & Workspaces is preferred.- Collaborating closely with Developers, Solution Architects, and team members to define requirements and associated functionality.- Demonstrating the ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies effectively.About Our Company:Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years.
