Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to improve service efficiency, patient experience, and staff productivity.
  • Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness.
  • Enhance quality initiatives, including updating patient education materials.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate automation and digital tools for better patient engagement.
  • Engage clinical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams to drive service transformation.
  • Gather patient feedback to address service gaps and improve experience.
  • Develop communication plans for smooth implementation of new workflows and technology adoption.
  • Support leadership in long-term service transformation strategies aligned with the organization priorities.
  • Contribute to guidelines and best practices for service quality and compliance.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and regulatory changes to drive innovation.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaborations and support additional projects for service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, or related field (Masters a plus).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare service improvement, operations, or project management.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric healthcare environment.
