JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of all commercial kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, identifying appropriate solutions
• Provide training to customers on proper product usage and routine maintenance
• Deliver excellent service and build strong customer relationships through professional support
• Maintain a positive working attitude and uphold service quality standards
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports for each job assignment

REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to diagnose correctly and rectify within a short time span
• Good follow-up skills
• Able to work in hot scotch kitchen environment for repairing
• Able to work independently
• Possess Class 3 driving license
