Service Technician - Biomedical Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of biomedical equipment in hospitals and clinics.
2. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration of a variety of medical devices to uphold quality standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare providers.
4. Provide user training and guidance to clinical staff, empowering them to maximize equipment functionality.
5. Maintain thorough documentation for compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
6. Partner with our technical and product development teams to contribute insights on equipment performance and hospital-specific needs.
7. Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to biomedical equipment in healthcare environments.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in a service technician/engineer role, preferably in the biomedical sector.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, calibration, and repair a wide range of medical devices.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
5. Others: Class 3 Driving License preferable.
