• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of air conditioning installation procedures.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and service tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence and reliable transport for on-site visits.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air cleaning / scenting systems for residential and commercial clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults and malfunctions
• Repair and replace faulty components
• Assist with the installation of new air cleaning / scenting units, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Conduct system inspections and testing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs completed, and parts used
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding system maintenance and proper usage
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repair requests
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with team members and management to prioritise workload and meet service commitments

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our clients' air cleaning and scenting systems.
