Responsibilities

• Provide efficient after-sales technical services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of home kitchen products at customer sites island-wide.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in personal vehicle.
• Conduct basic user-training sessions for customers.
• Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Represent the company as a frontline staff, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve service-related matters.
• Follow up promptly on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage spare parts effectively to support smooth service operations.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in servicing major home appliances.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical problems, with ability to implement corrective measures.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
