About the role
Practical Mediscience Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in the Commonwealth Central Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and servicing to our valued clients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and troubleshooting our medical equipment, and ensuring optimal performance.
What you'll be doing
Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of medical devices and instrumentation
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems
Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records for each client
Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns promptly
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
To assist and overseeing transportation of equipment.
Ad-hoc duties assigned b y Supervisor.
Education level:
ITE certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Fitting and Maintenance.
Those who does not have relevant certificate but has experience in service and repair of air con, fridge and freezer will be considered.
What we're looking for
Singaporean and Permanent Resident only.
Demonstrated experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical equipment maintenance and repair, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to quickly identify and address client needs.
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
