Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain, inspect, and repair marine firefighting systems and equipment on board vessels. If you have experience with fire safety systems and enjoy working in a dynamic marine environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair marine firefighting systems and equipment including fire alarms, suppression systems, and fire extinguishers.

- Perform annual inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with firefighting equipment and systems.

- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and standards (e.g., SOLAS, IMO).

- Collaborate with vessel crews and ship staff to ensure effective maintenance and operation of firefighting systems.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in maintaining firefighting systems and equipment, preferably in the marine industry.

- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.

- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced marine environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Certification:

- Certification in marine firefighting system maintenance or a related field is an advantage.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

- Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Salary:

- Basic salary ranging from $2,800 onwards, with opportunities for growth and development.
