Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in air-conditioning service activities.
• Possess a driving license for Goods Vehicles.
• Fresh entrants without certifications will also be considered. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly service, service repair & other service-related jobs.
• Support the direct supervisor or HOD in daily activities and operations.
• Ensure all service schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed.
• Discuss and follow-up on site-related issues with the immediate supervisor.
• Submit all FSRs to the immediate supervisor for review.

To perform monthly service, service repair & other service-related jobs in accordance with service response & service quality.

To support the direct supervisor or HOD in daily activities and operations.

To ensure all service schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within the allocated timeframe without the need for unnecessary overtime.

To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.

To discuss, follow-up, and seek immediate supervisor’s attention whenever there is a discrepancy, site-related issues, or if the service schedule cannot be completed on time.

To submit all FSRs to the immediate supervisor for review upon completion of service orders.

To accomplish departmental and company goals through dedication and teamwork.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The company may at any time, as deemed necessary, add or amend any of these job functions.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

1-2 years of working experience in air-conditioning service activities.

Able to work long hours as required.

Excellent integrity and ethical standards. Good personality and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, innovative, analytical-minded, and a team player.

Malaysian citizens with work permits or Singapore citizens or permanent residents are encouraged to apply.

Possess a driving license for Goods Vehicles.

Education Requirements:

Refrigeration competency certifications from a recognized institute.

Fresh entrants without certifications will also be considered. Training will be provided.
