A leading company in medical technology seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain ICU and Operating Room equipment. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, installation, and customer support while building professional relationships and meeting service KPIs. A technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering with field service experience is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations.
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment.
  • Handle administrative work related to service delivery.

Job Overview

  • To provide service activities of ICU & Operating Room equipments based at our customer sites.
  • To be an excellent team player and in building relationship.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge's protocol.
  • Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
  • Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Responsible to customers' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
  • Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
  • Sharing of knowledge and provide advise to claines and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
  • Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • 3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
