    • Monday to Saturday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience required

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support, handle inquiries with tact and courtesy
  • Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs
  • Offer aftersales solutions and training on product features, usage, and maintenance
  • Proactively inform customers about additional products and services
  • Manage resources, materials, and equipment effectively
  • Perform duties after office hours as required
  • Participate in 24/7 standby duty on a rotational basis
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience and good communication skills
  • Standby availability every 2-3 months
  • NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer-related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual)
  • Availability to start in July 2025
