Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our Valve Automation Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated valve systems, including pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, and commission valve actuators and control accessories (limit switches, positioners, solenoids, etc.).
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on valve automation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
  • Prepare service and inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support retrofitting and upgrades of existing valve systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ITC/NTV2-3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in valve automation or industrial maintenance (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of valve types, actuator systems, and control circuits.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, calibrators, and field communicators.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
