Job description

Roles & Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to install, service, and repair different commercial cleaning machines, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, high-pressure cleaners, blowers, and vacuum systems.

• Identify and fix electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems in machines.

• Follow safety standards and company policies while working in the field.

• Teach customers the best ways to operate and maintain their equipment for optimal performance.

• Keep accurate service records and submit detailed reports after each job.

• Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements when necessary.

• Use your knowledge of the latest cleaning technologies to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience as a field technician or service engineer, especially with cleaning machines or similar equipment (experience with brands like Karcher, Tennant, Nilfisk, or Hako is a plus).

• Good understanding of electrical systems, motors, pumps, and hydraulics.

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (essential for liaison and communication with our China-based counterparts).

• A valid Class 3 driver's license is necessary for traveling to customer sites.

• Must be physically fit and able to lift or move heavy equipment as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Operating hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

• Night and weekend shifts may be required based on market demand and ongoing projects.

• Work location: Kaki Bukit / Eunos Link.

• Dress code: Casual (Company’s uniform).
