5 days work week, 44 working hours per week
Multiple Locations - Paya Lebar, Punggol Central, Jurong East
· Ensure the smooth running of outlet operations, including effective inventory management, to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests and team members.
· Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services, ensuring positive and memorable interactions that make each visit special.
· Keep customers informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
· Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere, creating an inviting environment for customers to enjoy their meals.
· Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
· Timely communication of any repairs or maintenance required for equipment and fixtures to keep operations running smoothly.
· Ensure smooth and accurate ordering and billing, coordinating cashiering activities to uphold financial integrity.
· Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
· Encourage a positive work environment and high morale among team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
· Monitor stock levels, oversee ordering, and ensure proper organization of supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily sales and manage banking processes.
· Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
