Job summary

A leading staffing service provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist the Sales team by providing product demonstrations, on-site support, and manage equipment servicing. The ideal applicant should have a diploma in a technical field, 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including weekends and overtime.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales team in conducting product demonstrations at customer sites.

  • Provide on-site support for new Technical Sales Specialists during their initial onboarding phase, particularly during customer engagements.

  • Participate in and support local sales team initiatives such as roadshows and marketing events.

  • Conduct proactive demonstrations highlighting the operation, applications, and unique selling points of power and hand tools during events and roadshows.

  • Promote Service Plus programs and offerings related to after-sales service during promotional activities.

  • Assist in the setup of equipment, tools, collaterals, and other site-specific requirements before events.

  • Perform repair and servicing of power and hand tools, including fault diagnosis.

  • Document equipment symptoms, issues, and failure reports accurately.

  • Handle administrative duties including the creation of job cards, invoices, quotations, and managing spare parts inventory.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant technical discipline.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Sound knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
