Service Support Engineer

Requirements:

Diploma/Higher Nitecin Electronics and Electrical engineering.

· 1~2 years’ experience in handling repairs, calibration, service and maintenance of electronic, semi / fully automated mechatronic equipment used in production and testing of electronics industry.

· Diploma holders with no work experience are also encouraged to apply as on job training will be provided.

· Proficient in computer skills and written and spoken English.

· Ability to work independently in Singapore with willingness to travel in Asia Pacific region.

· Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities:

• To provide service support for company’s products in Singapore, ASEAN and support our Asia Pacific regional offices.

• To support customers, group and partner companies through the pre and post service and support process. Commitment to providing support solutions by focussing on customer’s needs.

• To support customer offsite / onsite for calibration, repair, service and preventive maintenance of company’s equipment.

• To provide installation, commission and product training to customers.
