Responsibilities

• Monitor condition of network, server, application, and security measures.
• Provide 24/7 technical helpdesk support on IT and audio-visual issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including firmware updates and asset tracking.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify faults on-site.
• Coordinate recovery of systems with vendors.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor condition of network, server, application and security measures
• Provide technical helpdesk support (24/7 standby) on IT and audio-visual issues on a weekly rotational basis with allowance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks which includes update firmware/patches, asset tracking, status update
• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults
• Liaise and coordinate on the recovery of system with distributors or relevant vendor
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / IT networking or any other relevant field of studies
• Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure), Microsoft OS skills, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware and IT network knowledge would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Display positive learning attitude and aptitude
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under stress and independently
