Location: Pandan Road
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Transport: One-way company transport provided from Clementi MRT
Mobile: Company phone provided
Additional night standby allowance + annual increment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians.

• Deploy service technicians for on-site tyre servicing assignments.

• Attend to customer requests and jobs at the indoor workshop.

• Handle walk-in and phone enquiries from customers in a professional manner.

• Act as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth operations and job completion.

• Perform admin tasks such as posting service notifications, managing inventory replenishment, and ensuring maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Plan and manage duty rosters for night standby shifts.

• Be on rotational standby for after-hours service calls.

Requirements

• Singaporean only

• Prior experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive or workshop environment.

• Experience in manpower deployment, especially of drivers or mobile service teams, is highly preferred.
