Job description

We are seeking a proactive regional Service Sales Specialistto support the growth and promotion of our service business across the region. This role will collaborate closely with global headquarters and regional country offices to promote value-added service solutions, support sales order processes, and act as a regional lead for digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Solution Promotion

  • Support regional country offices in engaging clients using a consultative selling approach.
  • Drive promotion and marketing activities for service solutions and value-added services.

2. Service Order Processing

  • Prepare and provide quotations to country offices for system service-related orders.
  • Guide regional country offices on pricing strategies, license renewals, and order booking processes.

3. Internal DX & Business Intelligence

  • Act as the regional champion for service workstream, coordinating with global HQ and local teams to support the rollout of next-generation ERP system for service workstream.
  • Work closely with global HQ and local teams to drive continuous enhancement of Yokogawa Customer Portal and promote adoption across the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales, business development, or customer support in process industry (e.g., chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, etc.) or industrial automation (e.g., control systems, instrumentation, or automation solutions).
  • Willing to travel when required to support country offices and customer engagements.
  • Good understanding of service business and value-based selling.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
