Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell maintenance services and repairs for elevators, escalators, and related systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in various sectors (e.g., commercial buildings, industrial building, government sectors etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential Clients.
- Conduct site surveys and assess Client’s need to provide customized service packages and solutions.
Technical Consultation & Solution Selling
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to customers regarding maintenance plans, service contracts, repairs services and elevator/escalator systems.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, service agreements, repair quotation to Clients.
- Address Customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure Customer’s satisfaction.
Account Management
- Manage the lifecycle of Client accounts, ensuring regular maintenance schedules, system performance, repair works and timely renewals of service contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, renewals and contract renewals/extensions.
- Coordinate with internal team (e.g., technical service engineers) to ensure smooth repair work and after-sales services.
Customer Support & Service Delivery
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing escalations and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
- Act as a liaison between the Customer and Service Team to ensure effective service operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and/or coordinating repair and/or modernization when required.
