Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Sales Engineer to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our service contract and spare parts sales, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical background and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of service contract sales by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.

  • Prepare and provide quotations for standard spare parts and service-related offerings.

  • Recommend equipment upgrades and value-added solutions based on customer needs.

  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and progress reports.

  • Ensure timely processing of service jobs and purchases, including accurate order capture, invoicing, and fulfilment.

  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive service sales growth.

  • Undertake other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales or service-related roles.

  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering schematics.

  • Independent, proactive, and a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.
